Our comprehensive approach combines structured practice, professional coaching, strength and wellness training, and academic support to develop well-rounded competitors.
Every athlete follows a structured competitive gaming schedule while receiving the tools, resources, and mentorship needed to reach their full potential. Based on their skill level and chosen titles, students compete in organized leagues, tournaments, and team competitions throughout the year, providing opportunities to earn championships, trophies, and cash prizes while gaining valuable competitive experience.

Dash Quartarolo
Director of Esports & Strength & Conditioning Coach
Dash earned a bachelor's degree in Sport Movement Science while competing in NCAA III hockey and the ECAC as an esports athlete. He is a National Certified Strength Coach (NCSC) and has Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR) Level 1 and Level 2 experience.
As an accomplished esports competitor, Dash is a two-time ECAC Esports Champion, specializing in EA SPORTS FC and Fortnite. He was formerly ranked 9th in the world in FIFA 21 and has earned Top 10 finishes in Fortnite Solo Cash Cups. During his collegiate career, he also served as captain of his New England College Esports team.
With more than six years of strength and conditioning experience, Dash has worked with athletes at Prentiss Hockey Performance, Bando Performance, Sacred Heart University, and professional Finnish hockey club JHT Kalajoki.
In addition to coaching, Dash has competed professionally in hockey leagues across Finland, Poland, and Ukraine, most recently playing in the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL).
